Return & Exchange Policy


If YOU are happy, we are happy. 

YOU are our priority and we want to make sure

YOU are in love with your Dreamed by Helen pieces. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your piece. Item(s) returned must be in its original condition.  To return or exchange an item, please email helen@dreamedbyhelen.com to initiate the return and get our return instructions and mailing address. 

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) back at our location. Shipping costs are not refundable (original shipping to you and shipping back to us, if applicable).

Please note, we are unable to accept any returns that are shipped to us without first contacting us via email. 

Return Shipping

You will be required to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Dreamed by Helen via a tracked service. We are unable to reimburse for the postage required to return.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If you feel as though the product you received was incorrect or defective, please send detailed photos of the item, name and shipping address on the order, and a brief explanation of the defect/issue to helen@dreamedbyhelen.com so we can look into it right away!
