Shipping Policy
We ship from Mount Prospect, IL, USA.
We process and ship in stock items within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales and major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way to you with tracking information and estimated delivery time. On the rare occasion that your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
Shipping Rates
All continental U.S. shipments with orders of $75 or more will receive free standard shipping (use code "freeship75"). All other continental U.S. orders are shipped at a $4.50/order standard shipping cost.
For Alaska and Hawaii we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (use code "freeship75AH") and a flat rate standard shipping of $8/order for all other orders.
For shipments to Canada, it is a flat rate standard shipping of $15/order sent via USPS first class international package service.
For all other countries is a flat rate standard shipping of $25/order sent via USPS first class international package service.

Delivery time will vary based on the destination country and please understand that it is outside of our control once your package is handed over to the USPS. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out via email helen@dreamedbyhelen.com prior to placing your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for ANY import duty, taxes or VAT.

Other Details
Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.
Dreamed by Helen cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
